1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are credited to the player's account in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and are typically processed within 60 seconds of a successful mobile wallet transaction.

ad99 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, and processing timeframes at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider. ad99 does not charge a platform fee on standard mobile wallet deposits.

All funds deposited into an ad99 account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may be reversed without notice, with the account flagged for review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 1 to 4 hours of approval. Withdrawals requiring enhanced review may take up to 3 business days.

ad99 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, and to reverse a withdrawal request back to the player's account balance if the request cannot be fulfilled for any reason. 4.3 Currency

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ad99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have a verified ad99 account in good standing.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts or identities is prohibited and will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and account closure.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ad99 sportsbook are subject to the specific sport, event, and market rules applicable to that bet at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable betting rules. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the ad99 system, it is binding and cannot be changed or cancelled by the player, except where ad99 expressly allows a cash-out facility on that market.

ad99 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines, at its sole discretion, that: the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; the odds displayed were manifestly incorrect due to a system error; or the bet is the product of collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ad99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ad99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ad99 platform without the prior written consent of ad99.

The game titles available on ad99 are the intellectual property of their respective studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) and are used under licence. 9 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments to These Terms
